Here is an interesting survey that was reported this week on the National News and on CNN. You can check it out here.

This survey, released by the Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life, is unique because of the amount of people polled - around 35,000 - which allows for a more complete snapshot of the general population.

Here is a very interesting nugget of truth found in the research:

Although evangelical churches strive to win new Christian believers from the “unchurched,” the survey found most converts to evangelical churches were raised Protestant.
