Martin Luther King, Jr, Inauguration, and Joseph...

Politics aside, this is a historic weekend with Martin Luther King, Jr. being celebrated Monday and the inauguration of our first African American President Tuesday. I hope you have prayed for our country and the President Elect.

Have you ever considered the correlation between Joseph in the Bible and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.? They were both dreamers who changed the course of human history in their own right.

This Sunday, in typical newhope style, we will worship God and celebrate all that He is doing in and among us! We will ground it all in the power of dreams and those that pursue Godly dreams with total abandonment for the cause of Christ. You might want to read Genesis 45 - 50 in preparation!
