Unleash the Dream TOMORROW!

In light of the most recent devastation in Haiti, God continues to expand our hearts and vision for His people. I find myself more hopeful and excited about doing ministry in the Church of Jesus Christ than ever before.

Unleash the Dream is all about our church seeking God with our hearts, mind, soul, and strength. The vision is that each and every person who considers newhope his/her church home will passionately pursue Christ through Worship, Scripture, prayer, fasting, and daily devotions so that God can speak loud and clear and we can respond with an affirmative yes! God says, “I love those who love me, and those who seek me find me..” (Proverbs 8:17)

This Sunday, I invite you to show up with eagerness to study the Scriptures and fully engage worshipping Father, Son, and Holy Spirit! The Worship Arts Ministry volunteers are fired up and ready to go! (You will love the new stage layout, BTW!) The children’s and student ministry leaders are passionate about loving/leading our children and students in the way of the Lord. And our First Contact volunteers, as always, will be ready to serve with a smile. In preparation, feel free to red Luke 10:25 – 37, the parable of The Good Samaritan.

At the dawn of another year and a brand-new decade, newhope, let us keep the Gospel of Jesus Christ front and center in the life of this church. The vision is clear and the banner high — we are church on point to Reach people for Jesus, Teach the Bible, and Release fully devoted followers! If we do that, beloved, the best is yet to come!
